American Red Cross - National Capital & Greater Chesapeake Region
The Red Cross provides a variety of services to our Service Members and their families, including our Hero Care Network for emergency communications, resiliency workshops, preparedness training for adults and children, and support to military medical facilities. Our volunteers share this information with new military families through over the phone briefings. As a MEPS Family Contact Volunteer, you can help connect military families to the resources they need.
Time commitment is 4 hours per week. This position can be done from home or a Red Cross office. Training is provided.
