Join us for our monthly Community Workdays where we do things like:
- plant trees
- repot donations
- paint signs
- assemble greenhouse
- move and arrange plants
- trim plants
- fill sandbags
- set up tables for our gardening class, and more!
Our warehouse is on the grounds of Ability Now Bay Area which provides services to people with disabilities. Projects often serve both communities.
Workdays are the 2nd Sat. of the month from 9:30am - 12pm.

Description
The Plant Exchange is a nonprofit environmental organization that has served Oakland and the Bay Area for over 15 years. As of 2023, we closed our warehouse and are operating pop-up sales and plant exchanges across the Bay Area where we have occasional volunteer opportunities
