Minnesota has one of the highest drowning rates for youth, specifically youth of color. The YMCA takes steps toward reducing the drowning rate by providing Safety around water programming.
Due to the instructor to youth ratio, we need volunteers to help with classes so more youth can attend. Please apply online as a volunteer. Find applications here: https://www.ymcamn.org/about/volunteer
