Tuk Tuk for Children (TT4C) is a registered Australian charity that work in Cambodia. We have a growing support network of voluntukers (Tuk Tuk for Children Volunteers) from around the world but currently require more assistance. As well we have a group of people who live in Pursat, Cambodia working on a daily basis with schools, kindergartens and villages to support children and assist them in preparing for their own future.

Some of the many projects we run is a book and toy library and a teacher training program for state run kindergartens aimed at building the use of books and reading as a learning tool. The two major issues we find are ;

• The supply of suitable reading material...ie kids books. Some of our supporters scout around local "op shops", garage sales and the like to find books.
• The translation of these books into the Khmer language. This can also be done online and sent to us via a spreadsheet.
• For languages other than English - the translation of these books to English where we can have local translation finish the job.
• Assistance to translate our website into Khmer language for simpler access by the local teachers.
• Creation of a resource of songs and activities suitable for 3-6 year olds.
• Create music to go with songs already used in Cambodian Kindergartens.
• Create simple Kindergarten activities that can be locally produced and used in the kindergartens Tuk Tuk 4 Children support in Cambodia
