Seeking volunteers to assist with the Annual Pedal For The House bike ride from Captain Roy's, to Mullets, on to Confluence and around Grays Lake and back to Captain Roy's. Registration will start at 4:00pm @ Captain Roy's , with the ride starting at 5:00pm. We will need volunteers for registration and selling raffle tickets at all 3 bars, as well as to take money and manage a dunk tank at Captain Roy's and tear down after the event. There will be a raffle, silent auction, live auction and live music after the event at the Captain Roy's. Ride ends at 7:00pm with program, auction and live music to follow. Volunteers must be outgoing for this event. Selling raffle tickets is a huge contributor to the profitability of this event, so you must be willing to sell. If you an outgoing people person, this volunteer gig is for you. We also need someone who can get people riled up at the dunk tank, so if you are a witty, smarty pants, you would be perfect for this job.

Helping a sick child fight their illness takes a big enough emotional toll on a family. Adding a financial strain can make it all almost too much to bear. RMHC can help address those problems, whether they involve housing that’s near a hospitalized child, the expense of staying together in another city, or even getting basic medical and dental care in a vulnerable community. In 2015, RMHC has local Chapters in 60 countries and regions with:

- 50 Ronald McDonald Care Mobiles
- Grants to non-profit organizations that also focus on the needs of children
- Scholarships to students across the United States
