A volunteer can assist with the Holding Hands Forever portrait program. This hospice quality of life program is designed to take a black and white photograph of a patient and family member's hands capturing a bond that will forever be shared. The portrait will be printed, framed and brought back to the nursing facility or patient's home for their enjoyment.
