We are looking for friendly and outgoing volunteers to help sell chance (raffle) tickets for our Habitot House Fundraiser. The Habitot House is part of the Shepherd of the Valley Chile Festival taking place August 19th-20th. We are 100% non-profit and all proceeds help build another Habitat Home for a low-income family. We are looking for help anytime Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00am-4:00pm. Minimum of 2 hours. We do work around your schedule and there is minimal training. We welcome youth 14+ but any youth 14-16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Description
Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity is a locally run affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical, Christian housing organization. We work in partnership with people in need to build decent, affordable housing. Our vision is that no one in the Greater Albuquerque area will live in substandard housing. Since 1987, we have built more than 177 homes in the Albuquerque area, all of which we could not have done without the generosity of hundreds of volunteers every year. Volunteers are needed to help with everything from construction to office to ReStore assignments.
