My name is Daniela Reyes and I’m the Volunteer Coordinator for CancerPartners, a non-profit organization in Palm Desert. We provide a full program of emotional, educational and social support to cancer patients and their loved ones. We offer several healthy lifestyle classes at no cost to our clients to help reduce tension and improve healing. One of our the favorite classes is an Acrylic Painting class that is offered every Tuesday from 11-12:30 with our beloved volunteer art instructor. However, our instructor will be away for the summer and we are looking to offer another art class in her absence (either the same painting class or a different one at a different time). I am wondering if you might know of anyone who would be interested in volunteering as an instructor this summer?
