Media Arts Center San Diego is presenting a youth media Video Production workshop at the Teen IDEA Lab at the Valencia Park/Malcolm X library. The starting date is June 13, 2017 and will meet twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 to 6 pm.
You will be assisting a local filmmaker as he guides 10-12 students through pre-production, production, and post-production of short digital stories. The workshop is expected to last 15 weeks.

MACSD has been changing lives through film and technology for the past 25 years. Some of the key programs and services of Media Arts Center San Diego include: Youth Media/Education Programs (i.e. Teen Producers Project, Youth Media & Tech Camps, etc.). Exhibition (i.e. Annual San Diego Latino Film Festival, Monthly Cinema en tu Idioma Series, Digital Gym CINEMA North Park, Que Viva Cine Latino, etc.). Community Production (i.e. Video Production Services, Speak City Heights, Fiscal Sponsorship, Frontera Filmmakers, etc.).
