Responsible for greeting visitors and Maintain visitor sign in/out book, reservation book for meeting rooms, and computer center.Answer phones and take messages. Sign out keys, carts and computer equipment. Ensure that all visitors sign in and check for proper I.D and complete the necessary checks prior to visitor admittance. Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, operating office equipment answering telephones and all other duties as assigned.
