Adoption Center Specialist furthers the SCSPCA’s mission to provide safe harbor for animals in need and promote an active humane community through adoption, advocacy, and education. Specialists conduct animal adoptions, facilitate retail sales, and interface with donors and other members of the public by providing educational opportunities and promoting SCSPCA programs at the Capitola Mall Adoption Center. Adoption Center Specialists represent the SCSPCA in a professional, outgoing, and courteous manner, providing excellent client service to adopters, customers, volunteers, and visitors.
