Volunteer Position: IT Support Volunteer
The Johnson City Library, Johnson City, TX is looking for an IT volunteer.
Johnson City is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, about 50 miles equal-distance to Austin and San Antonio, and home of the LBJ National Historical Park.
Volunteer Responsibilities: The volunteer would help with maintenance of the library’s computers, helping install new equipment and software and explaining new technologies to staff and patrons.
Time required: Two half days a month on individual’s schedule and schedule is negotiable.

Description
Johnson City Library is a small rural library in the Texas Hill county. The service population is just over 5,000 and serves the northen half of Blanco County. The librart strives to meet current IT standards, has an up-to-date collection and has excellent programs for adults and children.
