PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Broad and effective use of Excel and database skills in support of department project to develop and connect the processes needed to manage casework information concerning the emergency needs of families who reside outside the United States, in order to assure those families receive appropriate assistance in response to the emergency.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Flexible, but prefer at least 10 to 15 hours a week for a minimum of 6 months. ｠
REQUIRED TRAINING* Experience with relational databases, including Microsoft SQL (Structured Query Language) Server
- SQL (Structured Query Language) Server Management Studio
- SQLCMD (Structured Query Language Command) Command Line Utility
- Relational Database Normalization
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills to include functions such as Sumproduct, Index, Match, Indirect, Forms, Pivot Tables, User-defined functions, and Macros
* Intermediate to advanced skill with programming languages, specifically SQL and Microsoft Windows Batch Scripting, Visual Basic for Excel. Optional: Python
