Catholic Charities Mahar House provides recreational activies, mentoring, and academic support to 4th and 5th grade students in the city of Wilmington, Ca. On June 19, 2017 we will begin our summer program, and we are accepting volunteers insterested in making a difference in a child's life whether it is through sports coaching, mentoring, teaching, arts and crafts, or just by spending time with them.
High School students, college students, adults, and seniors are are welcome to apply. We can accomodate group volunteers as well. Scheduling is flexible based on your availability.
