Quality Improvement patient follow up calls

The Quality Improvement Department seeks a volunteer to make post discharge phone calls to patients to check on their health and functional status. Volunteers enter data collected into an Access spreadsheet. Skills: professional, customer service, ability to think fast. Social workers, nurses, therapists, students and other qualified applicants are welcome. We comply with HIPAA and Confidentiality guidelines. Complete training and support are provided.
Come once a week for 2 hours to hone your communication skills in a friendly, supportive environment. Gain experience in a healthcare setting.
