Responsibilities
Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Board of Directors with the development of long range and annual plans.
Evaluating progress on projects.
Attend quarterly management meeting conference calls.
Assist in the recruitment of volunteers.
Maintain general oversight of all teams and projects.
Manage issues with individual volunteers.
Perform intermittent checks to make sure content of Facebook fan page conforms to the CHARO vision and its policies.
Manage the implementation of policies and procedures and maintain adherence to said policies.
Attend board meetings as requested.
Maintain an open door policy
Other responsibilities as necessary
Requirements
Attention to detail and ability to keep projects on task.
Experience in business and personnel management.
Ability to manage different personalities and promote accountability in the volunteers team members.
