PLACEMENT PURPOSE
The Disaster Workforce Engagement team is responsible for ensuring that onboarding, engagement (to include deployment), development (to include training), retention, and recognition are provided to the workforce within Disaster Cycle Services. The DWET also initiates Staff Services tasks during a response, transitioning to Staff Services operationally, in the Deploy process.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Usually requires a commitment of 20 hours weekly and longer during operational response.
