ORGANIZATION: LOVE IN THE NAME OF CHRIST OF THE TANANA VALLEY

Duties

Spiritual: Practices the spiritual disciplines of Scripture reading, prayer and reflection individually and corporately, seeking the mind of Christ as decisions are made.

Financial: Develops an annual budget, oversees financial expenditures, manages assets and puts financial controls in place.

Resource Development: Develops and implements a fund-raising plan to ensure adequate resources. Identifies and solicits funds from external sources of support.

Planning: With staff, develops and regularly reviews, refines and implements the five year plan, annual plan, other strategic plans and organizational chart. Approves program and service plans. Ensures adherence to Love INC’s mission statement.

Maintain Quality: Maintains a high quality of performance through supervision of work assigned to board members and committees, monitoring of services to clients and client satisfaction, and an annual performance evaluation of the Executive Director and the Board.

Promotion: Represents Love INC, along with staff, to churches, the community, fund providers and the public at large.
