Session Monitor
Location: Various classrooms throughout the ASU Downtown Phoenix campus
Job Description: As a room monitor you are an important and integral piece to the success of the symposium. You will be assisting the speaker(s) and participants to ensure that sessions go smoothly; session monitors should report to their assigned room 10-15 minutes before the session begins allowing time to check the A/V and other technology; introduce yourself and offer a water bottle to speaker, start session on time, if applicable help speaker with handouts, monitor the door to avoid door slamming, provide a five minute warning so speaker can end session on time, close the session by providing instructions/direction to students for their next session (this occurs 3 times), at the close of the last session (3rd session) give students directive on where to meet their RA/familia.More opportunities with AGUILA YOUTH LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE
