Please Note: The Columbus Recreation and Parks Department has a SEPARATE volunteer software from Experience Columbus. Users will have to create a profile with CRPD to register for a shift.

INFORMATION BOOTH AMBASSADOR

Volunteers will greet guests and answer questions at the Information Tent. Information Booth Ambassadors distribute festival guides and act as customer service representatives throughout Jazz & Rib Fest. The best Information Booth Ambassadors have a knack for helping people and a can-do attitude!

FESTIVAL AMBASSADOR

Volunteers will serve as a friendly face to guide Jazz & Rib Fest guests on their path to festival fun! Festival Ambassadors walk around the festival near entrances distributing festival guides, answering questions and directing guests to activities throughout the festival. The best Festival Ambassadors are enthusiastic and willing to find the answer to any question!
