The Seattle Outdoor Cinema is proud to continue their 25th season of celebrating the best movies of all-time on the big screen at the South Lake Union Discovery Center. Volunteers will be helping check guests in for the event and serving up ice cold beer.
This is opening night for Seattle Outdoor Cinema and it should be a big one. Not only will they be screening Star Wars: Rogue One on the 55 foot screen, it will be a free screening for all ages courtesy of Alaskan Brewing Co. and there will be free light sabers for the first 100 people!
Shift: June 24, 5:00PM-11:30PM
The Nonprofit that this event supports: South Lake Union Chamber of Commerce
Why you are needed: Not only will you be helping make this event a reality, you will be raising money for the cause.

We’re not your grandparents’ charitable club. We’re a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization here to make volunteering a fun and social experience for Seattle people, businesses, and nonprofits. We seek to banish the ol’ bake sale stereotype and get you excited about giving back to your community by broadening the scope of volunteerism and revamping existing charitable programs. Our mission is to remind you that volunteering is not a chore - it makes the world fun!
TWIF works within Seattle communities to create new opportunities for people to give back in a way that is social and philanthropic. We connect people to volunteer activities that fit each individual’s interests, passions, and busy schedules while introducing them to a new network of friends.
