MSS is seeking volunteers to teach/demonstrate any type of adapted fitness or chair yoga/guided meditation to adults with disabilities. Instructor does not need to be certified professionally, but should be able to adapt the class and movements to the needs of individuals with varying mobility abilities. Volunteer should be comfortable engaging with adults with disabilities. Must be able to pass a background check.
