Good day!
We are a small, non-profit private school seeking to enhance our fundraising and grant acquisitions. For over 40 years, we have been serving the needs of regular and special education students across multiple counties by providing an individualized and nurturing school environment. We are looking for more resources to enhance our students' educational experience in our small school community, which are currently to raise money for:
- $8,000 for violin instruction
- $2,500 for computers and SMART Boards
- $1,200 for school uniforms
Please contact me if you are able to help us fundraise and/or write grants. We can set up a tour of our school so you can learn more about our mission and philosophy. The work can be done on-site or online/phone.
Kind regards,
Theodore Tasoulas

Description
The Learning Center for Exceptional Children, Inc. (LCEC, Inc.) provides a unique learning environment that serves both regular education students, (Today’s Learning Center - TLC) many of whom are exceptionally gifted, as well as children with special needs (LCEC). We are a New Jersey State Department of Education approved private, nonprofit school that was incorporated in 1978. LCEC, Inc. is a member of the Association of Schools and Agencies for the Handicapped (ASAH) and the National Association of Private Special Education Centers (NAPSEC).
LCEC, Inc. serves children from pre-school through age twenty-one. Our program allows students to progress at their own rate. Each child has a customized plan suited to his or her needs and ability, promoting the emotional, social, and cognitive skills of every student. LCEC, Inc. has a warm, loving and nurturing environment.
We also provide a rich extracurricular program for all students including pet therapy, music, a concert choir, yoga, camp and travel. All members of our professional staff, which includes speech, occupational and physical therapists are certified. In addition, their continuing education is encouraged and financial support is provided.
