FMA is introducing a new TEA approved one year advanced math financial literacy curriculum in Texas high schools, called Real Life Financial Math.
We need a representative in Austin to attend Austin ISD school board meetings the 4th Wednesday each month at 7:30pm. And if possible, arrange for and make presentations at civic clubs to recruit volunteers to work with the teens in school districts near Austin.
You will network, meet people who align with our mission, find influencers and then make inroads into the greater Austin community. It will take time.
Once a week on Wed evening at 6:30pm you join our operations conference call and share with us your activities for the week.
The ideal person for this position is someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of teens, has perseverance, highly social, organized, able to set goals and manage activities.
Once you contact us, we will request a cover letter, resume and the time you can commit to this IMPORTANT activity.
Thank you for reading this opportunity. We hope to hear from you.
