- Understand the value of HGRBS in relation;
HGRBS is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation of independent volunteers like you. The emphasis is on sharing information online which enables private home heads to make safer decisions about hiring contractors for their home projects. There are daily victimizations of residents by dishonest contractors because residents do not have enough information to avoid them.
The information we provide (without obligation) helps residents to avoid them.
We are undergoing extensive reorganization to better serve these residents. Part of this is reclaiming those HGRBS resident-service postings comprised of our former websites and other contact info which are now obsolete among a number of online entities.
Your assignment is to communicate with customer service of these online entities via e-mail to discover what can be done to re-access our out-dated postings in order to bring them up-to-date. You would then communicate what they recommend to HGRBS management for resolution.
This is a necessary process since by having outdated sites, it is an unnecessary hindrance to residents who stumble across them but cannot access or communicate with us from those entities when they should be able to. Your capable assistance is requested.
