Hey everyone,
My name is Jesse and I'm a Marine Corps combat veteran, city of Mesa Firefighter and the Founder of Calm, Fit, Complete (CFC). Our nonprofit is based around a leadership and resiliency training program that'll serve to empower underprivileged youth.
CFC is looking for a couple of people who are passionate about serving the community, especially with regards to "at-risk" youth. We need volunteers with expertise in graphic design who can help us create eye catching PowerPoints, posters and other presentation materials.
If interested, please check out Calmfitcomplete.org to learn more about our nonprofit (also on Facebook and Instagram). Tell us a bit about yourself, and feel free to brag about your awesome design experience.
Any help would be greatly appreciated; we look forward to having you join our team!

Mission Statement
Calm, Fit, Complete is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of both veterans and "at-risk" youth through the use of intensive group exercise, calming meditative practices, community outreach and personal and professional development, all in the form of transformative mentorship program.
Description
Calm, Fit, Complete is the most relevant and comprehensive, mentorship, reintegration and community assistance project in the country.
As an afterschool program we use our veterans as mentors to help guide the youth through hard times, whether that be deployment or dealing with a family member who is severely wounded or killed in combat. We are committed to helping those who need it most.
For veterans, we create a buffer between the military and civilian sectors allowing our nation’s heroes to adjust to the freedoms they have so adamantly defended. We provide the structure, resources and experience necessary for a successful transition. For those who have already reintegrated, we provide community leadership, networking and mentorship opportunities. The majority of the youth in our program are seeking direction, or simply a friend, as war affects not only those serving but also their family. Each veteran will be called upon to serve as a mentor, a team leader, setting the example for the youth to follow. We will use a combination of group exercise; team building activities and personal development lessons to strengthen our members, inside and out.
Currently, I'm in search of:
*Motivated, reliable, Post 9/11, veterans turned student, or those otherwise gainfully employed, who wish to contunue their service to the community.
*Prospective board members
