This position will take place outdoors (wear cool clothing, sunscreen and a hat). Volunteers will assist with greeting our participants with a smile while passing out their backpacks to each person as they get checked in.

Description
We have discovered through research, studies and reports, but more importantly from our own outcomes, our mission is achievable through the development of our youth as educated, articulate, intelligent, compassionate, ethical and thoughtful leaders.
AGUILA Youth Leadership Institute is a unique college access program designed to serve a growing number of youth navigating through their academic, personal, and professional world. The institiute provides a comprehensive support system to ensure the success of each student though a personalized plan.
