Can you lend a hand in support of your Community Health Centers? CHCB is seeking volunteers for two important clean-up and organization projects.

Grounds Clean-Up

Despite our best efforts to keep our facilities smoke-free, cigarette butts have an unfortunate knack for accumulating outside of our buildings. We are seeking volunteers to help clean up the grounds around each of our eight sites throughout Chittenden and southern Grand Isle Counties. This is a great excuse to enjoy some time outside while reducing litter and having an immense positive impact on our environment.

Donation Organization

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to maintain a steady, on-going supply of in-kind donations for our homeless patients throughout the year. We are currently in need of volunteers to spend an afternoon organizing the basement storage area at our Safe Harbor Health Center to ensure our providers and outreach workers are able to find what they need for patients when they need it. This project entails sorting clothes and toiletries, labeling bins and shelves, and potentially doing laundry. This is a terrific opportunity for a group or organization looking to perform community service.
