The Operations Intern supports the Museum Experience Team with administrative and operations based tasks to improve operational efficiency.


  • Record vendor relationships

  • Maintain accounts payable files

  • Maintain gift shop inventory

  • Build gift shop merchandising and sale calendar

  • Maintain facility and off-site storage inventory

  • Build systems of organization

  • Data processing

  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks: data entry, filing, spreadsheet management, mailings


  • Interest in organization and understanding systems

  • Demonstrated experience in creative thinking and problem solving

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required

  • Must have excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication

  • Must be able to function in a high energy team environment
