The Blood Progrom Advocate volunteer position is tasked with visiting small businesses in the area in order to promote in-center blood drives sponsored by those businesses. The target businesses, ideally, will be located close to the blood center and have an employee population that is too small to support a mobile blood drive.
ABI is looking for someone with good interpersonal skills, professional presentation and interested in promoting our life-saving mission within the community! Exposure to sales/marketing experience or education is ideal. This is a wonderful opportunity for a college/university student to earn some professional experience.
Schedule is flexible but we are looking for a volunteer who can commit for at least 6 months for 4-5 hours per week.
All training and resources will be provided by ABI!
