Shiloh House is looking for individuals to assist with routine lawn maintenance. Do you enjoy working outdoors? If so, this opportunity may be for you. The volunteer will assist in keeping the outside grounds well-kept and free of debris as well as doing different outdoor tasks such as mowing, raking, shoveling snow, and occasionally other outdoor projects as dictated by the season/weather. If you enjoy working outside then this opportunity may be for you.

We have locations throughout the Metro area, Littleton, Centennial, Thornton, Denver, Commerce City and Longmont that we would love to have volunteers to mow the yards.

Mission Statement

Shiloh House offers youth and families support and services to overcome challenges, enhancing their success in the community.

Description

Shiloh House provides residential and educational services, and has developed additional programs in the areas of day treatment, outpatient therapy, and community outreach services (offering parenting classes and support groups) across 5 campuses that span from Centennial to Longmont.

In 2012 Shiloh launched the Beyond the Walls program, a community resource network for young adults ages 16-26, in need of support for academic, employment, and independent living goals.

Our approach is based on research and more than 35 years of experience creating an environment where wounds begin to heal, relationships are built or restored, and new possibilities are created.
