Be the face of the Spiritual Care office and assist the staff in the process! Some of the responsibilities include:
Greet and welcome all patients and guests of the hospital seeking spiritual care services.
Answer phones, take messages and page staff with emergent needs.
Perform light office work projects such as compiling brochures, preparing correspondences, compiling program/event flyers, filing and other general administrative projects.
Restock spiritual care brochures in hospital kiosks and chapel area.
Check mailroom for postal and inter-office mail.
