Brookdale Hospice in partnership with We Honor Veterans, is looking for dedicated veteran volunteers to pair up with veteran hospice patients.
Many patients are able to form closer relationships with fellow veterans than they are with any other person on the hospice team. Our patients are looking for companionship, someone to read to them, pet companionship or just listening to music. The sky is the limit when it comes to creativity in this volunteer position.

We are a local hospice organization in the Minneapolis area. We believe in providing compassionate and individualized care for each of our hospice patients, because every journey is different. Our desire is to continue to grow our volunteer program so that we can effectively address all of the needs that our hospice patients may face while we care for them on this final leg of their journey.
