Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and being the key contact for our annual Social Innovation Fusion Summit, The 3-4 day summit/conference will be held in the San Francisco Bay Area in October.
  • Scope the appropriate strategy & deliverables and manage the project plan to meet conference deadlines and opportunities
  • Liaise with a plethora of event partners in order to align expectations, agree deliverables and ensure satisfaction on both sides of the partnership agreement
  • Create high quality event briefing packs to share with event partners and with internal stakeholders (such as the partnership marketing package for Scaale)
  • Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as event speakers & special guests, transportation, location, invitee list, equipment, promotional material etc.
  • Cooperate with Events Executive/Planner and marketing to promote and publicize events
  • Train volunteers and support staff required to assist with the conference implementation
  • Conduct pre- and post-event analysis to understand effectiveness and impact of the event concept and report on outcomes
  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event days
  • Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders internally and externally
