Volunteers are needed to join our 2017 Summer Watering Team and help our young plants stay hydrated through the dry season (June - September)! Young native plants require about two (2) Summers worth of watering before they are established enough to survive on their own. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals or families who want to enjoy the Summer weather, get some outdoor exercise, and help restore North Creek Forest.
Time commitment is 1 - 1.5 hour(s) per week for the Summer.
No previous experience is required, and Friends of North Creek Forest will provide all the materials and training you need to be successful.
If interested, please email our volunteer coordinator at ashley@friendsnorthcreekforest.org.
