ORGANIZATION: LEHIGH VALLEY CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING

On Saturday, September 23rd, LVCIL will host the 4th annual "Fishing & Fun in the Park," a fun day of fishing for people with disabilities, friends and family. In partnership with the City of Allentown Parks & Recreation Department, Friends of Allentown Parks, and Wildlands Conservancy, this community event will include fishing, instruction and environmental education for all ages. No license is required. No fishing poles are required. We had around 500 people come to this event last year. We would need volunteers to help set up/tear down, help demonstrate with the games/fishing, and showing people where to park. We would need volunteers from 8am-2pm. Anything you can do to help would be very much appreciated!
