Discovery Cube Orange County is looking for volunteers to assist with our offsite Summer Camps for this upcoming season.
This exciting volunteer opportunity will immerse you in a world of science, wonder, nature, and of course, FUN! Summer Camp is a great way to get yourself out of the house and giving back to your local community. As a Summer Camp Teacher's Assistant you will help prepare activities and lessons, spend one on one time with kids falling behind, be the Team Captain for a soccer team, and get experience within an actual classroom.
We have 3 convenient locations for you to volunteer: Santa Ana Zoo, San Joaquin Marsh in Irvine, and Ocean Quest in Newport Beach.
Some requirements to work Summer Camp:
- Must go through an interview and application process as well as attend required trainings
- Must be at least 15 years old to volunteer
- Must commit to a Monday - Friday chedule from 8 am - 3 pm
