- Keep track of all incoming and outgoing transactions
- Balance checkbook
- Keep an excel file of incoming and outgoing
- Manage bank accounts and PayPal
- Send updates and bank statements to President
- Send PayPal or event payment from attendees to President and Registration Chair
- Supply excel file for all transactions to President at the end of year for tax filing
- Write checks, sign credit card statements for hotels, and make payments as necessary under official Treasurer title
- Occasional show up at events that require in-person signing of credit card approval for events

The purpose of Cascade Writers is to provide educational seminars and workshops for the general public interested in writing and publishing original works. Cascade Writers is registered as a non-profit corporation in Washington state.
Description
Cascade Writers puts on writing workshops and author events all over the Pacific Northwest and partners with many library systems to host learning opportunities for writers and for readers.
