Do you love crafts? Do you enjoy summer craft fairs and festivals?
RISE brings in artisan crafts from all around the world. Our crafts are created by women who have survived acid attacks. For these women, craft making and selling is their prinary source of income.
Our organization supports these women by selling their crafts in the States.
We need a motivated individual to help us sell their crafts. This individual would help RISE apply to set up booths at various summer craft fairs. This individual would also help sell the crafts online and push the online presence of our Artisan Marketplace.
If you love crafts and care about the self-sufficiency needed by survivors, then this is a fun opportunity for you.

We believe that people have the right to live a life free from violence and assault. We believe that the use of corrosive acid as a weapon of violence is wrong and must be stopped through activism, education and the passing of legislation. We believe in the power of one person to make a difference and to inspire another and another, until we are all working together to end acid attacks around the world.

RISE is a grassroots nonprofit organization based in the US. We provide hope and support to acid attack survivors and collaborate with survivor organizations around the world. We strengthen the connection between survivor and activist to effect change.
