Love cruising? Volunteer with the ministry dedicated to serving the cruise ship industry

Small Christian non-profit needs administrative assistance with data entry, client and board communication, website maintenance, and marketing. Computer skills required. Experience preferred in office management, website development, and media. Experience with photography, videography, and social media a plus.

Work requirements vary throughout the year, but range from 6 to 10 hours per week. Volunteer provides own work space and technology. Most work will be done from your home, with collaborative meetings with non-profit leadership (virtual or f2f) as needed.

The mission of High Seas Ministries is to create Christian community on board cruise ships through worship and Bible study for guests and crew members.

Description

High Seas Ministries, Inc., is a qualified 501(c)3 non-profit corporation dedicated to serving the cruise industry by offering interdenominational worship services, Bible study, and Christian fellowship for guests and crew members. Guests participate in daily Bible study, creating an onboard Christian community throughout the cruise. Crew members are provided resources to sustain communities of faith after the High Seas Ministries voyage has ended. Founded in 2012 and operating out of Georgetown, Texas, the vision of High Seas Ministries is a world of cruise ships where passengers find Bible study and Christian fellowship on board every ship, and crew are trained and equipped to disciple and lead the community fo Christian crew members in fellowship and service.
