- Lead small to large groups
- Enthusiastic when teaching
- Be able to converse and interact with diverse groups
- Give effective feedback to efficiently teach others
- Be able to adapt to needs of older adults
- Knowledgeable in line dance or other dance styles
- Experience in leading small to large groups
- Experience in teaching dance
