• Hone your skills and reach your full potential through the training and mentoring of fundraising professionals who are part of the national Sierra Club

• Travel to various locations for training--airfare and lodging paid

Requirements :

• Lead the Chapter to set and meet fundraising goals for Sierra Club work in Kentucky

• Help recruit 3-5 people to work on Fundraising Team

• Encourage the Executive Committee to remain focused on fundraising efforts

• Understand, agree with, and promote the mission of the Sierra Club

• Lead March Fundraising appeal

• Exhibit high standards of integrity and ethics

• Lead the Chapter to communicate with and maintain relationships with major donors and make appropriate appeals to these individuals

• Work with fundraising team and Executive Committee to develop other avenues for fundraising

• Attend Executive Committee meetings and general meetings

• Contribute to a sense of camaraderie and teamwork
