ORGANIZATION: Empath Tidewell Hospice

Become an integral part of our Compliance and Audit/Medical Records department! Computer Savvy volunteers are needed to help scan/index documents for patient records. Should be comfortable on a computer, but we will provide training on the software. Weekday hours available from 8-5. Work as much or as little as you are able, but we are preferring a weekly commitment due to the software training.

Founded as Suncoast (1977) and Tidewell (1980) as true pioneers in hospice care, each of our organizations adapted to change and grew to meet the needs of the community, ultimately evolving to become Empath Health and Stratum Health System, respectively.

We came together as Empath Health in March 2021, creating the country’s largest non-profit hospice and home care-based health care organization.
