Galatians Law Collaborative also known to us as the G6:2 project is a faith based community service organization founded with the intent of servicing the chronic and at risk homeless population. Through community service projects and social change efforts The Collaborative will orchestrate targeted programming that brings food, clothing and resources to those in need. Additionally, we are proposing the construction of a multi-micro-home living community for homeless individuals and families in Washington, DC and maybe in the future across the country. Our mission is to provide a nurturing, family-like atmosphere that inspires growth and launches a platform to carry bear the burden of hunger and homelessness by encouraging healing, kinship and rehabilitation..I am looking for a caring, determined and experienced individual to work as my assistant director to aid in the building and creating of this foundation. You will be like my right hand through this process, my accountabiliy partner and second in command. Together we will we work to launch programing that will address hunger in our community and create a permanent solution to the growing homelessness problem in DC. You should have experience in the non-profit sector preferably working with the homeless population. Once the organization is in place you will have typical VP functions such as enforcing policies, management, engagement, financials and reporting.
