It’s the best time of year again! The 2017 Uptown Art Fair is approaching quickly, and we are looking for volunteers to be a part of this exciting event. This year, the Uptown Art Fair will be held August 4th-6th. For volunteering with us, you will receive a 2017 commemorative t-shirt, a delicious waffle cone, and the honor of knowing that you played a vital role in the execution of Minnesota’s second largest event, second only to the Minnesota State Fair! Shifts are short, fun, and give you the opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at the Uptown Art Fair. Get your family, friends, and co-workers together to sign up as volunteers today.
Volunteer shifts are available from August 3rd- August 6th.

Mission Statement
The Uptown Art Fair, just having celebrated its 50 th Anniversary, is located in the commercial district in Uptown Minneapolis. What began as a neighborhood art sale just down the block from what is now Calhoun Square has developed into a nationally recognized event. Hosting 350 artists, the Uptown Art Fair caters to tourists, art enthusiasts, artists, and festival-goers from around the country, and is the major fundraiser for the Uptown Association. The Uptown Association, producers of the Uptown Art Fair, is comprised of 3 full-time staff, 1 part time graphic designer and seasonal interns, with such a small group of staff we couldn’t put on such a large event without the support of our Steering Committee.
