Welcome to the Atlanta All Stars Talent Show Network! We are a totally volunteer-run youth development program that holds talent shows around the Atlanta area. We are looking to create a safe space for youth (aged 5-25) to have a chance to perform and do something positive in their community. Check us out at www.atlallstars.org !
We hold an audition each time we have a talent show, where each act gets a chance to show their talent and then we have performance workshop with some improv games to get everyone ready to perform on stage. Our audition is on Saturday, October 27. We need volunteers to help us with checking in the acts, various organizational tasks related to the audition, and keeping the performers engaged and excited throughout the day. Sign up if you're interested, and our executive director, Murray will contact you with more info and to schedule a volunteer orientation so you can learn a bit more about us!

Mission Statement
The Atlanta All Stars Talent Show Network uses performance as a gateway to help young people step out of the box and learn new ways of thinking, behaving and experiencing life. Youth participate in auditions, talent shows, development workshops and serve as volunteers. In all of our programs no young person is turned away, and for many of these kids, it is the first time in their lives they will have a chance to experience success. We have found that this empowers them to actually create success offstage as well.
Description
The Atlanta Allstars Talent Show Network is a successful youth anti-violence program that helps young people from poorer communities experience success -- sometimes for the very first time in their lives. We are in our tenth year, and need your help to continue building the All Stars in Atlanta.
We hold talent shows throughout the year as well as other special events. One of the strengths of the All Stars is that it is not government funded so as to maximize innovation and creativity.
