Senior Voices Volunteer Interviewer
- If you are a "people person" interested in: Local History, Radio Production, Memoir and Story Preservation then this temporary opportunity is for you. This opportunity allows you to interview older adults about their memories, stories and perspectives on life in the Miami Valley - the experiences they have had, the changes they have seen, and more. Their stories will be shared on the radio and kept in Library archives. This SENIOR VOICES project is a partnership among the Dayton Metro Library, Rebuilding Together Dayton and WYSO 91.3 FM, funded by a grant from the DMH-Dayton Fund of The Dayton Foundation to enhance the lives of older adults. Interviews will take place in homes, at Library Branches or at Lobby Stop Library locations as part of Outreach Services. Training will be provided.
