Volunteers play an integral role as a part of The Medical Team Hospice. Volunteers for The Medical Team may provide companionship to our patients by simply visiting with the patient. The volunteer may socialize, do activities, crafts, nail painting, listen to music, caregiver respite, emotional support, shopping or light housekeeping for the patients. A volunteer may also provide staff support by coming into the office and help with filing, typing, mailing, committee work or fundraising. We appreciate any help a volunteer would like to offer. There are many areas of opportunities for our volunteers.
