Two million preventable fractures occur each year, yet 50% of all Americans over age 50 will have a life-altering fracture.
Join us on July 11th for our 5th Annual Freedom From Fractures screening day. We will screen and provide older adults tips on nutrition, proper exercise, fall prevention strategies, and further screening.
There are many ways you can help:
- Set-up and questionnaire intake
- Bone Health Consultations
Medical background is not required, but a bonus!
