In this role, you will have an opportunity to change people’s lives and enhance a local nonprofit. This position will work closely with all 3 program areas helping to enhance and develop processes for outreach and recruitment for all participants with a focus on ex-offenders being served. This will be accomplished by building relationships with the local business community, starting with RESOURCE’s Business Partner Council and bringing new partners onto the council. You will have the ability to make lasting impacts by working with staff across the organization developing processes for better internal referral processes from chemical and mental health programs into employment and career education programs and back. You will help to create and provide staff in-service sessions that create more understanding of our efforts with ex-offenders. This position will allow you to provide a lasting impact in the community.
